One of our newest parks located in Northglenn, Colorado has been getting shredded by the locals. Now, the shredding will continue into the night with some amazing lights. (which is coming sooner now, did you set your clocks back?) The party doesn’t have to stop when the sun goes down!
Some of the guys from 303 Boards spent a Saturday shredding the newly opened Northglenn, Colorado skatepark. Check out this sick little clip from their weekend. That park looks too fun.
Check out this link from the Denver Westword Newspaper, on the top 10 features of our recently completed Don Anema Skate Park in Northglenn, Colorado. It puts a little tear in our eyes..
Acid staining is all finished and the park looks amazing! Now we’re just waiting for the lights to go in! The grand opening is only a month away! Here are some sick shots from the Team Pain and the 303 crew the other day. The park looks too fun!
The City of Northglenn had enough funds to allow Team Pain to get creative and design the skatepark to include accent colors using a mixture of acid stained piping and colored concrete throughout the park. The City wanted to continue this artistic approach, so they held a contest between local artists to come up with a unique drawing for the “clamshell.’ We are stoked that the City selected renowned artist and Denver native, David Franklin! Checkout the photos to see the beginning process of the acid staining in the park and “clamshell!” *UPDATE* Check the finished product of the acid stained clamshell in the pictures below! We are psyched on how sick it turned out!
Northglenn, Colorado Skatepark update is in! The modified clam shell has been poured, and the granite has been installed! This park already looks amazing, and we can’t wait to see it finished and ready to shred!
