Skate Lab is a 20,000 sq. ft. indoor Skate Park with 3 different sections. There is a "blue room" that serves as a beginner area, featuring wall to wall quarter pipes, setting the skater up for the multiple pyramids, ledges, rails and manual pads. Next there is an intermediate area featuring, quarter pipes, wall rides, pyramids, hubba ledges, a concrete barricade nestled inside a banked ramp for a real street feel, an eight stair with a square hand rail in the middle and hubba ledges on both sides all surfaced with Birch wood and complete with a birch finished wooden Bowl.

Team Pain completely remodeled the street course in February 2010. The News section chronicles the construction from start to finish.
