The Skatepark of Tampa’s Courtyard, recently got a new addition to their technical manual pad section that is in the very center of the skatepark’s gathering spots.
With the support from DC shoes, Team Pain Skateparks and the Skatepark Of Tampa worked this idea into reality and it is almost done! This piece runs parallel with the simplicity of street skating.
Simple at first glance, this architectural concrete piece is also a fully Skateable sculpture that carries new challenges and options that “open” up as you start to session the piece.
From concave to convex arched ledges, to kickers off the edges and endless technical manual pad options. This thing is simple, fun and a beauty!
In this photo you will see Brian Schaefer himself given the thumps up and the go ahead for the placement of the piece. The I Heart Tito is thanks to him for Getting all the info together and getting this project going.
Branding of the piece will be next so stay tuned for more photos.
