Here is a screen grab from THE VIRGINIA BEACH web site.  The Skatepark will have a ribbon cutting ceremony on friday, October 26th and a Grand opening celebration on Saturday, October 27th.  If you live in the area you should make it out, it is sure to be a good time.  Skatepark is located inside of Williams Farm Recreational Center 5252 Learning Circle across from Bayside Middle School.
