The crew’s been making progress daily and the pour stage is complete for the big bowl. We’ll be adding fresh pool coping and new tile for the finishing touches. Next, we will begin on the street side of things for the park. We’ll be adding a few new obstacles and doing some basic maintenance.With the completion of this revamp we hope to see the community come together in advocacy for phase two of the Orlando Skate Park. This would include adding a full street course to the park and utilizing the empty field behind the big bowl. This will solely depend on the users! The more use the park gets the better the chance of adding a full street course to the Orlando Skate Park. We’ll see you out there for the Grand Re-Opening on June 21st for “Go Skateboarding Day”.
