Part 2: Consists of building the park’s facilities, once this is done we will come into the picture and begin making the skate park a reality for the community of Charleston, South Carolina! The location will be 1593 Oceanic St. where there’s 25 acres with 3.3 acres in Charleston’s Neck area, located a few miles north of downtown Charleston. The site will be closed to the public during construction for obvious safety reasons. We’re excited to be working with Hightower Construction, SGA Architecture, and we give much praise to the skatepark advocate group “Pour it Now” for being major players in making this park a reality. We will be having a public meeting sometime in June to discuss the design phase with the community at Edisto Hall, located within James Island County Park, 871 Riverland Drive, Charleston, SC 29412, the exact meeting date and time to be announced….
