The City of Colorado Springs awarded Team Pain the design contract and change ordered to add the construction of the skate park. They contracted directly with Team Pain for the design and construction of a world-class 40,000 sq. ft. custom concrete skate park. The City wanted a destination skate park to contain elements for all levels & types of skating. Completed in November 2008, this massive 40,000 sq. ft skate park features a 20,000 sq. ft. street section containing banks, quarter pipes, ledges, hubbas, stairs, handrails and so much more. The other half of the park contains transitional elements including smooth bowls, flow courses and a pool complete with stairs, love seat, death box and pool coping.
